About our Italian restaurant in Ingham

In early 2017, husband and wife team Enrico and Tracy Mingon introduced Ingham a new dining experience at Enrico’s @ Tyto. Hidden in the tranquil setting of the Tyto wetlands and overlooking the lagoon, our restaurant is perfect for a casual and intimate dinner.

We have embraced the lush, green surrounds with wall-to-wall glass windows and sliding doors that open on to the picturesque lagoon. Table service is available for both our indoor and outdoor café-style seating, so you can unwind and enjoy your dinner—our waitstaff will look after you.


Feel at home while our head chef Stephen Tolcher and our kitchen staff create delicious and authentic Italian cuisine with a modern twist. Stephen was born and bred in Ingham, training and developing his culinary skills in Townsville, the Snowy Mountains and Canberra.
